Based on what I have read here in the last few months ,many

patients of CP in this forum have extensive knowledge of this

disease. After a long day of research and several replies to my

earlier posts, I need to look at TP and Islet Cell transplants.,

Based on your personal and professional knowledge, I'd like

opinions on which surgeons, transplant programs or medical

facilities are well known and experienced in pancreatic surgery and

Islet cell transplants.

We will consider every option at any location prior to firming up

and commiting to our tentative plans for surgery in Phoenix on Aug

25th. I doubt if Islet Cell Transplant is available here at this

time. I say this after being convinced that Islet Cell Transplant is

the only viable way to go after having a TP. Thank you, Doc.
