Guest guest
Someone on the list mentioned the 30 minute workout " Curves for Women " . I have to tell everyone that I looked into it and it is a great Aerobic / Strength Training program that allows you to gain muscle and lose only the fat. In fact, I am going to be opening up a " Curves for Women " franchise in Milwaukee, WI. I think it is just a hoot that I am going to become a health club/ exercise instructor. Never in my wildest dreams did I ever see myself doing that before surgery. My theroy is " you teach what you need to learn " .... and I still need to learn a lot about this new thing (exercise) in my life. Just wanted to tell you about Curves in case you are looking for a good exercise program in your area. It is geared for the middle age/ over weight woman... US. If anyone would like more information, let me know either on the list or privately. Guest guest
Jane, That is wonderful. I am a new member to MGB and Mother of twin group on egroups. Would you be willing to be one of my contacts. When did you have your surgery and how long did you stay in the hospital? What was your preop weight and how much have you lost? Did you experience any post-op complications, and if you did , Tell all? What have you found to be the best thing about the mgb? Has your life improved since mgb? What has been the most difficult challenge ? Have you experienced problems with dumping, vomitting, or non-stop nausea? What did you do pre-op to prepare for your surgery? Could you recommend anything to me that would help me prepare for the surgery? Anything at all would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a million, Tracie Fwd: Curves for Women > > Someone on the list mentioned the 30 minute workout " Curves for > Women " .
