Guest guest
Hi, My 6.5 month old daughter is being fitted with her DOC band in a few days. She has a strong preference for sleeping on her back which has contributed to her brachycephaly (she has mild plagio but brachy is the main concern). I have used repositioning techniques since whe was 4 months but we have only seen a little improvement. I'm curious if people in the group think it is necessary to continue trying to move her off her bacck during the night once she has the band. During the day, it is getting easier now that she sits up. Thanks so much for any advice! Amy
Guest guest
My son has had his DOC band for 5 weeks now, and we haven't been concerned with repositioning since he got it. In fact, it has been a major relief to not have to worry about it! We have had to continue neck stretches (which he hates) due to mild torticollis. Hope this helps! Good luck with the band! > > Hi, > > My 6.5 month old daughter is being fitted with her DOC band in a few days.
