TO: .......medical question

Hey :

I have met to ask you and keep forgetting, but while I was in the

hospital, after about two days, I got " thrush " in my mouth and

throat. Couldn't swallow, etc. I was not on antibiotics, didn't

have it before I went in there, etc. Can you catch that in the

hospital, like you catch Staphylococcus? They gave me Mycelex

troches which worked very well. But when I came home, I made the

mistake of popping one of those little Listerene mouthwash thingies

in my mouth that disolve on contact and I thought I was going to hit

the root it hurt so bad. Just curious because I don't think it is

gone yet totally.
