Guest guest
I know that my kids won't eat the soup & eggs on the intro diet; I don't know about anything else. Three out of the 4 won't eat eggs (the baby isn't ready for them). Three out of the 4 don't eat dairy (the dry curd cottage cheese). Cutting things into shapes & other cute ideas really don't work for them & the consistency of the gelatin probably won't go over with at least 2 of them (sensory issues etc). They don't eat soup; can I give them just plain chicken with cooked carrots? I know that powdered onions & garlic are not allowed, but is salt? And beef patties & the cooked carrots okay (they won't eat pureed except baby)? I assume all commercial broths are illegal? (I use Imagine for his GFCF diet right now). What can they eat for snacks or is that it? It will be a very tough two days; they are so used to snacking & seem to have big appetites! This will be challenging so I'm taking the time to prepare instead of just jumping in without knowing enough. I did finish the book & it's highlighed with notes & page markers LOL, but sometimes I do miss stuff anyway, so please bear with me! Thanks very much, Michele
