I also had this problem. I had to get my husband to download from the

internet at work and print it out for me. You may want to find a friend to

this for you.

Hi,

When I first read the website and started to complete the patient information

online, I read where it said they send the insurance letter as an attached

Microsoft Word 2000 file. I went out and bought Microsoft Word 2000. I didn't

want to take any chances. Maybe you could ask some friends or family members

with computers. Maybe one of them could download it into their system and

print it out for you.

you can download the insurance letter onto a floppy and take it to

Kinkos or a similar business. or your local library my have MS2000. i

had mine opened and printed at Kinkos. they have print only stations

at the one in my town. good luck
