I have always appreciated your level headedness, even temper and good humor. (As opposed to me, who gets pissy!) Your weight loss is great! I know you feel good. The exercise has been a big boon for me. Raisin Bran is one of my favorites but I may be a bit lactose intolerant because it kind of makes me feel yucky. I don't do salad very often because of the low nutritional value for the bulk. I do eat a lot of fruit and tabouli and soups. It's good to hear from you. Keep up the awesome work! Then, strength training would help with flexibility, bone density and just flat building some more muscle to use the fuel and continue to make you more efficient. The 4-6X a week for cardio would be too much for me and would tend to make me burn out. Although I want results and am willing to work for them I knew if I didn't keep it to 3-4X a week I would quit. Have you tried frozen grapes? They are wonderful. They taste like tiny little popsicles. And always remember the tortoise - slow and steady wins the race!!!! I am pre-op, so know that, but my milk, forevermore, will not come from cows. Try it, it's good. " Silk " is the brand I like best. So that is probably the problem..when I catch her off guard..I can usually get about 20 degrees. But other than all this na is doing good.
