,

Your posts have always been so positive and uplifting. I have always

appreciated your level headedness, even temper and good humor. (As opposed

to me, who gets pissy!)

Your weight loss is great! I know you feel good. The exercise has been a

big boon for me. Raisin Bran is one of my favorites but I may be a bit

lactose intolerant because it kind of makes me feel yucky. I don't do salad

very often because of the low nutritional value for the bulk. I do eat a

lot of fruit and tabouli and soups. It's good to hear from you. Keep up

the awesome work!

Sincerely,

na

Have you tried a Cal/Mag supplement? That helped me a lot. Then, strength

training would help with flexibility, bone density and just flat building

some more muscle to use the fuel and continue to make you more efficient.

The 4-6X a week for cardio would be too much for me and would tend to make

me burn out. Although I want results and am willing to work for them I knew

if I didn't keep it to 3-4X a week I would quit.

Have you tried frozen grapes? They are wonderful. They taste like tiny

little popsicles.

And always remember the tortoise - slow and steady wins the race!!!!

Your MGB Friend,

na

na, Have you ever tried soy milk? Vanilla is great and somehow much

easier for me to digest. I am pre-op, so know that, but my milk,

forevermore, will not come from cows. Try it, it's good. " Silk " is the brand

I like best. PhillyJude

After I asked this, I realized that na was actually pushing back. So

that is probably the problem..when I catch her off guard..I can usually get

about 20 degrees. But other than all this na is doing good. She is

walking with her hands on the floor..sort of like a monkey..not quite

walking properly yet..but soon I am guessing..thanks for the advice
