One most are changing to is ABDEK, It is great as far as flavor ....BUT ,

more importantly is it is a smaller gel cap that goes down really well. Foe

the wee ones, when the drops are back ordered (almost every year at some

time, the ABDEK By SOURCECF, ---you can stick a wee hole in them, squeeze it

right in the babies/Childs mouth . ------yeah, its done........... No fuss,

no problem..........The price is right too .......We give them with ALL

enzyme orders, no POP to send anywhere. We just stick in box with the

enzymes. You do have to tell us.........no RX needed either........BTW, YES,

we also do the compCare program & will also send P.O. P with Ultrase as

purchased. Vitamins are VERY important ..........

Thank you, ; my mom always used Miracle Whip--in the pre-vitamin K-

awareness era! This is great information which I am passing on to my niece

who has a son wcf, too!

Re: Need Vitamin K supplement

If your child likes foods made with mayo, try using Miracle Whip

salad dressing. One tablespoon of it has 10% of the USRDA for

Vitamin K. A tablespoon is a lot to put on a sandwich for a child,

but if you make devilled eggs or potato/macaroni salad or egg salad

with one or two meals each day, the benefits could add up.

I guess you learn something new every day. I never looked at the mayo/miracle

whip label and didnt even know it had that much K in it. I guess I need to push

the whip. To bad ketchup doesnt have alot in it, or does it? I guess I need to

go read my labels.
