Make a Wish and Hospital

Traci received her lap top from Make a Wish on Monday. I don't know how many

times I said " Oh My Gosh. " We had some close friends and family over and

made

it a celebration. The computer company rep showed up around 6:30 from Miami,

with three huge boxes. I'm thinking they made a mistake and brought a PC.

Well,

they proceeded to unpack. One VERY nice laptop w/DVD, a combo printer,

scanner, copier and several DVD's. One being the Wizard of OZ , Traci's

favorite and

10 computer CD's already loaded + Microsoft Word, Encarta and Norton

Anti-virus. She also got a Dial-up account with WTGcom.net for a year. She

was so

excited that her face hurt from smiling!

Now it is Wednesday and Traci was admitted to the hospital with bilateral

pneumonia. She made sure to take her new Laptop but hasn't felt well enough

to

use it yet. We new this was coming and had tried oral antibiotics to ward

off

the infection but I think it had already taken hold. She is also really

bummed

because our church's big Fair is this weekend. Her doctor told her that if

she

felt better by Saturday he would give her a weekend pass.

She would love to hear from her friends. Her e-mail is tcarwana@...

bilateral pneumonia is in both lungs = bilateral meaning both sides
