Guest guest
Can I ask those of you who take Sandostatin injection if you're on it b/c of pancreatic tumors? Or for other pancreas problems? Is it ussed to calm inflamation? I've been researching & all the stuff I read says it's used for tumors & growths. Thanks for any answers. Guest guest
Hey Guys and Gals It " s Me the long lost soul... I am doing great now I am holding a full time job now for the first time in a can't tell you when and loving it.. I work for a large retail store well known through out the nation.. right crystal??? Anyway on to the important part of this email I was on sandostatin for awhile and it worked.. actually what they did was they put me on a sub-q shot everyday fpr like six weeks and then they put me on a shot once a month that was a longer acting shot that worked really well and then my insurance stopped covering it. I forgot what is was called... it is very expensive that is one of the reasons that my doctor here in New Orleans doesn't use it very much in less he can get the insurance to cover it... Anyway!!!! I think that I can get Crystal to testify to this that the best way to go to get over the pancrease thing is the Transplant... at least that was the case for me... Well, I miss all of you and I hope that I can at least put my two sense in for what it is worth every now and again.... LOL!!! Well I'm off to bed Dillard's will be waiting for me bright and early in the a.m. Good night folks.. P.S. crystal don't forget me!!!
