Welcome to the list, Tracie! I'm also a pre-op, and I'm in Florida, too...

Naples area... and I also have BC/BS of FL... the Health Options (HMO) plan.

I have yet to receive anything to send to them (just filled out the online

form last night), so I have no idea how smooth that whole process is.... but

assuming they approve and if you hussle, you might be able to get it all done

in less than a month.. you'd really have to work at it, tho! Good luck and
