Hi. I had a tough time getting Barb on the phone,too. She's so busy

that she stays on the phone all day. I addition to emailing her, you

can call and ask for . schedules clinic visits, so you

may need to talk with her anyway. She has a direct line to Barb if

she needs to ask Barb about your scheduling. Hope you get through.

Hi,

I know Barbara probably has you on her list to call, I

was on that list, but I called her before she got a

chance. I would keep calling if I were you AND email

too. It is hard to get through sometimes, but I would

keep trying.

PS, when I told them I needed to schedule surgery she

added me to the holding calls and it wasn't but about

5 minutes before Barbara got on the phone. Make sure

you tell them that. GOOD LUCK!!!!

Try emailing them to tell them which date you want and see if they email you

back saying OK. Just a suggestion.

I don't know the protocol here, but could you e-mail? Boy, sounds like

Barbara hardly has time to take a drink of water!
