Cream cheese is a " fresh " cheese.... not aged... so not legal. Mozzarella is

not legal for the same reason... not aged long enough, so still contains

lactose.

Commercial cream cheese is illegal because it contains too much

lactose and often times SCD illegals.

You can make your own by dripping SCD yogurt.

Go To the " Beginners " guide at

http://www.breakingtheviciouscycle.info/

then go to " SCD yogurt " and scroll down until you see " how to drip

yoghurt - pictorial guide "

I sometimes flavour our dripped yogurt with homemade jam or frozen

fruit to make a flavoured " SCD cream cheese " .
