TO THE INSURANCE LOVERS OF THE WORLD:

Aetna just rejected my pre-approval request for the MGB Procedure on

the grounds my Company; Bell Atlantic/ Verizon does not pay for any

type of weight control......... Aetna moved the argument from one of

what is covered to what the employing company pays for. Has

anyone else run into this brick wall????

I am so committed to Dr R. and the MGB Procedure; I am going to self-

pay but would like to find a way to help future Aetna clients... I

am just waiting on a date for my dancing lesson. Phil
