Obviously, your system is not ready to tolerate nut flour... but you can substitute nut BUTTERS in any recipes. Smoother and easier on the gut. Patti Gaining weight Hello, Are there any weight gaining suggestions? Every time I try and introduce almond flour baked goods my D comes back. What other high calorie foods are easily tolerated?
