What Should I Bring To My App't. at Lahey Clinic?

I was just wondering.....I have a consult scheduled for 22 July at

the Lahey Clinic in Boston, MA (I live in RI so it's about a 2 hour

drive.) The consult is scheduled with a Gastroenterologist with his

specialty being endoscopy and (scary!!) pancreatic cancer. At any

rate, what I'm wondering is what should I bring to the appt and how

to make use of the valuable time with him? I'm keeping a journal

but should I highlight certain parts? I have my MRCP films and I'll

bring those? Anything any of you can think of that will make this a

more valuable consultation with him would be much appreciated.
