Guest guest
Try Beef Consume ('s) The Armour's turned me on to it. It feels goods, stays down and gives you that salt that you need!

Guest guest
It has naturally occuring iodine. That's the one I use, too. The small amount of " dextrose " that is listed on regular iodized salt is legal, by the way. It's just that some of us prefer to use the natural salts. patti Re: salt Thanks , Is the Redmond's Real Salt Iodized? Sue SCD 0206
Guest guest
i much prefer an unprocessed salt like the redmond to however the level of natural iodine is too small unless the salt has extra iodine added and iodine still needs to be supplemented the redmond is uniodised and doesn't have enough iodine the only satisfactory way of supplementing iodine i found is as i have written up here 'iodine' in the index of http://tinyurl.com/2csa3 kelp particularly is no good you might like to consider wether or not you are becoming hypothyroidal, it can complex as both hyper from running on adrenaline and hypo for low thyroid action, sorta cfs with burst of energy > > It has naturally occuring iodine. Guest guest
Yes, it's legal. According to Elaine Gottschall, the trace amount of dextrose is legal in salt. Patti salt I bought Hain Iodized Sea Salt. Ingredients are:salt, calcium silicate (anticaking agent), dextrose, potassium iodide, sodium bicarbonate. Is this legal? Thanks Sue SCD 6 mths, CC 6 mths
