Good Morning Everyone!!!!

Just an update to let you know the hernia surgery is on for

Friday. The surgeon said it is big and needs to be taken care of

right away. I expressed my concerns about still being tired from

the progressive stenting series as well as the infection I have been

fighting. I am just beginning to get my energy back and don't want

to be knocked back down. They said that it needs to be fixed so it

doesn't strangulate and yes I will be knocked down for several weeks

but if it strangulates the I would be knocked down much longer. So I

have to go. I did talk them into doing it as an outpatient. He said

I could go home that day. So I am hoping everything goes smoothly

and they do let me go home the same day. Sometimes they change the

plans after I am there. The infection seems better. Only fluey

about a 2 and have one more day to go on the antibiotics. Then we

will see what happens. Hopefully I can take that off my plate. I

just hope the surgeon is real careful and doesn't touch my panc when

looking in me to be sure the intestines are okay after they popped

thru. Don't want to wake my panc up. Also the stents are there.

Maybe will tape a stickum to my stomach reminding him to watch out

since I already saw him and most likely won't talk to him again

until after the surgery. This will be a nice reminder to him right

before he cuts.

Hope everyone is having a good day and talk to you soon

Love,

W
