I appreciate ya'lls support, it really means a lot. This infection

has had me in the bed all day long, barely got up when my family got

home. I hope this passes quickly so I can move on.

Last wednesday was my clinic appt with my doc. I had given my unit

manager, via a friend, the paper that only needs her signature for

me to get the short term disability $$. My unit manager never once

came to visit me or even so much as send a card. Or return my

paper. I sent her an email telling I would be on campus for my appt

and if she could leave at the unti desk in a sealed envelop. She he

mailed me backm saying she had the paper and has already signed. So

here I go up to my unit chatted a bit a few hugs and my envelop.

We went to the clinic and the doc wanted me to have a cat scan toot

sweet so he sent us back over to the main hospital to have that

done. While we were waiting I decided to open the envelop, dont

know why, just felt like it. Guess what! That witch did NOT sign

it, not even a X. Billy was so mad but he went to the unit to have

it signed.

I just dont understand thaat. She had the paper for well over a

week and the money does not come out of her pocket or even her

taxes. I think it is a power trip or something. I could'nt imagine

haveing a nurse care for me who was that cold. But I did get some

good news from her my fmla was extended another 60 days and 30 more

is available if I need it, but I would definetly be would be out of

a job if I went past that.

Well thanks for letting me rant and rave and get that off my chest.

I hope all ya'll are doing ok and the beautiful weather. Its

starting to get hot down here and we need some rain. Thanks again

for the support.
