Guest guest
Hi All; I've been rotating the same old recipes for the last several months. Poor kids are getting sick of their food. Does anyone have a tasty chicken stew recipe to share - one that a fussy 2 year old might eat? Thanks, Kim.

Add carrot pieces and mushrooms. Add a little SCD chicken broth if you have some.. I often add a little grape or orange or apple juice, reduce heat and simmer until chicken is tender. To thicken it I stir in 1-2 tablespoons of almond flour. There is a recipe for Chicken Royale on pg. 106 edition 10 of BTVC A Google Search for SCD Chicken has more: http://www.google.ca/search? hl=en & q=scd+chicken+recipes & btnG=Google+Search & meta= Carol F.
