Dear Dr. Ronnie,

As a person experienced in anxiety Issues, you may be super sensitive to your

own

anxieties.

I used to have agoraphobia and panic attacks and they were linked to reactions

to

chemicals or anticipation of same. Many things can provoke a depressive episode,

even

changes in barometric pressure. How you micromanage the balance in your diet

may be

anxiety provoking. if you want a guideline from one who often logs food on to:

www.fitday.com

This is an excellent free subscribed website used by millions to count and

journal food

intake and plan meals. You can also track nutrients, monerals and vitamins . I

find this

relieves anxiety about following SCD and also getting adaquate adult nutrition.

It ia also

fun. Although SCD is not a weight loss diet, I like to keep some boundaries

since I was

grossly obese for many years and now maintain a healthy appropriate weight and

this is

made possible by SCD's limitaions regarding the wrong kind of carbs.

I include lots of protein , about 100 grams daily but use at least 80-100

grams of carbs

too.
