I have never used packaged shredded cheese but looked at the label and did not see mention of additives on the label. I will try and contact Kraft and if they use them I will blast them for non disclosure even if it is not required under that 2% law. Carol F. Guest guest
You go girl. I'm starting to get really annoyed that the companies don't want to disclose everything in the food their trying to sell us. What are they trying to hide anyway? Well, I think we all know the answer to that. I am going to start doing the same to push them to disclose. They said in order to get information about additives I would have to purchase a product. I askedthem if it turns out to have added starch, what did they suggest I do with it? I felt like telling them what to do and did. I said I would continue to use imported cheese or tcheeses from small niche companies that respected quality and disclosure. Carol F. Cheesed off!
