Guest guest
I guess I am first on my block to have a sudden acute attack of Pancreatitis. I am sure the neighbors wondered why the Ambulance showed up at my house. I was gone for 15 days and Thank God I was able to see my house again. I began having chest pains suddenly one day and found out it wasn't my heart. My Enzyme level was 8,000 when I arrived at the hospital. I had never been in the hospital more than a few stays overnight so it was a shock to my system. The doctors mistakenly gave me Fortaz (Cephalosporin) which is akin to Pennicillin and I am allergic to Pennicillin....hence I suffered with an itchy rash for 2 weeks. I also recieved Ativan to help me sleep the last week and when I got home, I had withdrawal symptoms for 3 or 4 nights....what else could happen? I am depressed, tired, weak, skinny, and just looking forward to my next meal! I may need help with my head more than any other part of my body.....
