Guest guest
Hi. I just had to tell you that I lost 18 pounds in my first two weeks then went through a long period where the scales did not move at all until yesterday. I, like you, could tell that I was losing but the scales refused to budge. You'll have a huge loss one day soon. Thanks for responding to my post. (Mine was mostly water loss, too. I retained fluids really bad before surgery.) Stormy > Dear Stormy, > Congratulations! I am really happy for you. I had surgery on the 10th of > August and as of today, I have lost only 18 pounds. Guest guest
About 7 years ago I lost over 100 pounds and of course I gained it all back that is why I am here. One thing I am doing this time is I have purchased a set of digital scales. This way I cannot manipulate where the mark on the 0 is. I would freak out of the needle was offset. I am determined to only weigh once a week. I am hoping that mentally this will help me this time. I drove my own self crazy before. TD Re: Down 30 pounds!!! Sherry... > Hi.
