Hi,

What is the best type of goat milk to use for yogurt for very food

intolerant kids.?Raw, whole, 2%

I am also wondering if vitamin A palmitate added to the milk is a

problem for salicylate intolerant kids.

They have been dairyfree since babies.

Thanks,

Cathy

Dear List:

I like the raw goat milk for making yogurt. It comes out great. I do not like

the yogurt when I make it with Meyenberg's goat milk. Before my kids went on

SCD, my children would drink Meyenberg's goat yogurt with no problem but it

seems to consistently make watery tart yogurt for me. Hope you have a source

for raw goat's milk, its worth the drive to get it. Eileen
