Raw honey may be preferable to non-SCD-ers for other reasons, but those

following SCD as outlined by Elaine Gottschall, are to use pasteurized,

filtered, clear, 100% pure honey. Raw, unfiltered honey can contain pollen which

is irritating to damaged, inflamed intestinal tissues.

Rowena,

GAPs sounds similar to SCD but has some protocols we do not use. May I suggest

you

familiarize youtself with SCD and follow it wxclusively for a while?
