But, I order mine from Dr. Sinatra, Cardiologist at the New England Health and Longevity Center, Manchester, Conn. He says that cold water fish are what we should take. His is Norwegian fish oil. Fish oil/omega 3 appears to be one of Dr. Franco's and Dr. Mercola's favorites. Here are some articles that might help. It looks like it is not only good for our skin,joints, and hearts, but for our mental outlook, too. We could probably all use a little attitude adjustment from time to time :-) I know I could! He is a cardiologist but treats his patients with vitamins, minerals, etc. first , then if the need he uses prescription meds.
