Guest guest
Is there any way to save yogurt that tastes burnt? I would rather not throw it out b/c I made three liters....Would it work to make it into strawberry frozen yogurt, or would I just waste more time and ingredients and end up with burnt-tasting frozen yogurt? Thanks for any help. Ellen in Boston who hopes to heck to remember to stir, stir, stir next time.... 9 y/o dd on SCD since 5/06 for Crohn's. Guest guest
Sounds like you scorched the milk. I learned that lesson the hard way, too. Now, I just commit to standing there stirring the whole time.... while listening to NPR on my kitchen radio. Sorry, I have no clue how you'd get rid of the scorched taste. I think it's pretty stubborn. Patti burnt yogurt Is there any way to save yogurt that tastes burnt?
