Guest guest
I've been reading messages from the past week....Do I understand correctly that diluted home-made juices are ok immediately following the intro diet? I'm concerned about cooking off all the vitamin C and other good stuff that comes with raw fruits and veggies. Merika
Guest guest
Yes, they are okay to use.... but remember to dilute, and don't drink great quantities of juice. Elaine was concerned that people really do need the fiber and preferred that everyone eat the whole fruit or veggie (cooked, at first)..... but she did say okay to home juicing, in reasonably small quantities, and diluted for newbies. Patti home made juice I've been reading messages from the past week....Do I understand correctly that diluted home-made juices are ok immediately following the intro diet? Guest guest
Merika, Elaine wanted us to wait until brisk D is over before trying raw juices. Guest guest
So if there's no D, but other digestive issues, it'd be ok to start juices?
