Heidi,

I do know that when I had my first major surgery, I was told not to

even iron clothes for 6 weeks..no sweeping, mopping

vacuuming...nothing. This is because even moving your arm in a back

and forth motion uses the abdominal muscles as does the

above...perhaps these muscles can aggravate the situation, I don't

know, but I do know that you use muscles when doing the simplest of

housework. They have said that because of this reason is why

housework can be classed as exercising as you burn calories when

doing it..ashame it can't be an enjoyable form of exercise *L*

If housework is exercise can yelling at your kids to pick up thier

junk be arobics?! Its only fair!

You are right though, exercise does bring up pain. I am trying to

regain my walking strength. We do a lot of walking in my job. I

cant walk nearly as long or as fast as I used to without haveing

stabbing pain. It mellows as I rest, but walking was my main mode

of exercise.

I loved the pictures, she is adorable and loves the camera. Be

warned now its not easy raising a beautiful daughter.

Love,

Chrissy
