Guest guest
I still am dumbfounded that those docs dont put an insulin pump in you with the troubles you had with your sugar dropping. Smart thing to have your husband so well trained that he knows how to handle it and recognize it as well. Thay can come in pretty handy at times dont they. Summer has barely started and you have already been traveling. I look forward to when my kids are grown and we can take off like that. Less then 10 years by the way I figure it and I'll be emply nesting. My surgery does seem to be very successful, keeping all fingers crossed and candles lit. I still have pain and will until I have a total and I guess that is just a matter of time. Still its only one month since the surgery and I do have a lot of healing on the inside to do. So says the doc and things should continue to improve. The pain is very similiar to what I was expierencing when it all started 2 years ago. Hard to believe that I went from a lap chole to a to this in 2 years. They said my case was rare though. I read the post of the new kids on the block and it aches my heart to know already how they feel and what might lay ahead. I do feel my surgery was successful and should, as the doc said, buy me some time. Hopefully they will have the tp/ict at MUSC by then; they are working on it. still wrote for demerol before I left wed, I didn't even ask; he knows. How are those wedding plans? When is the date again? What did she finally decide for her reception, Oyster Roast? I sure what ever it will be wonderful. Going to the beach this evening, first time this year, should be nice. Ask your docs again about the insulin pump and good luck with the ct. I will be willing your cyst to shrink. Love, Chrissy
