Hi Terri,

> I saw on the digestive wellness site that there is Eden Strawberry

Applesauce. Does this mean that Eden applesauce is ok too? The plain

applesauce they have is a different brand.

Neither are legal.

Elaine wrote this about applesauce:

" Pleeeeeeze, no commercial canned or jarred products. I want your

children

to get well, so please let us control our own destinies in our own

kitchens!!!! "

Page 71, edition 10, last paragraph of BTVC has Elaine's comments on prepared

foods,

even those that appear to be legal. Digestive Wellness strongly endorses SCD but

all their

products may not be appropriate.

One thing I'll testify to---homemade tastes way better.

Please don't rely on people who sell legal products to advise about SCD as we

have been

led astray in the past.

I have asked the moderators to say something more about this.

Hi Carol,

I discussed this issue with Digestive Wellness today. They have now

removed the applesauce from their shelves and are no longer selling

it.
