I am really hoping to return to my profession after I have this

thing beaten down some. I dont know what recourse I have at the

moment but think my doc is pushing again for me to have the tp/ict.

I dont think one can go on SSI temporarily. I wonder if there is

soome form of unemployment insurance Ican get to help tide things

over a bit until I can get back on my feet again. I doubt it, that

would make too much sense.

sometimes you can go on short term disability through the state. It

usually lasts a year. I know that CA has that. I went on CA disability

for a year before I went on Social Security. You might want to look into

that since you only want time to get well enough to go back to work.

It's worth a try.
