Guest guest
How do I know if my yogurt is good? It is very runny, but thicker than water. Usually when I make it most of it is a little thick. This batch is very runny. Is it still good? Thanks Sue SCD 6 mths, CC25 yrs
Guest guest
Hi Sue, > How do I know if my yogurt is good? It is very runny, but thicker than water. Goats milk will be affected by the change in feed that the goats receive and by the breed of goat. Some breeds of goats give " fattier " milk. Guest guest
Thanks so much Sheila. My yogurt is still tart. The store didn't have the same brand goat's milk that I usually buy. This makes perfect sense that the yogurt would be different if is comes from different goats. Sue SCD 6mths, CC 25 yrs
