How do I know if my yogurt is good? It is very runny, but thicker than water.

Usually when I make it most of it is a little thick. This batch is very runny.

Is it still good?

Thanks

Hi Sue,

Is it still tart? If yes and you fermented it the proper length of

time etc.. it should be fine.

Goats milk will be affected by the change in feed that the goats

receive and by the breed of goat. Some breeds of goats give " fattier "

milk.

Thanks so much Sheila. My yogurt is still tart. The store didn't have the same

brand goat's milk that I usually buy. This makes perfect sense that the yogurt

would be different if is comes from different goats.
