Hi Carol,

How much macadamia nut butter do I use to replace the flour in a recipe?

How do I make macadamia nut flour? Won't it just turn to nut butter

since it's so oily?

Sammie has sensitivities to pecans.

Thanks,

You may have to experiment. When I make waffles and pancakes I use the same

amount.

Also no need to substitute in our Peanut Butter Brownie Recipe. My guess is the

nut butter

hasn't the air in it and is more compact than nut flour so use a little less of

the nut butter.

Marilyn may have additional suggestions. I will email her.
