My son is 7 mo old and was first evaluated at 5 months of age at cranial

technologies and most recently at Baptist Hospital. Baptist provided a generic

helmet that is suppose to accomodate brain growth and follow up is every 8

weeks. I feel as if I am rnning out of time in order for him to get a

correction. Does anyone have any suggestions on who I should go with and which

type of helmet provides better results?

Hi my son is six months old and he's been wearing his Doc Band Helmet for two weeks. Before I decided to go to Cranial Technologies I looked into the Star band helmet. I went with the Doc Band because it is smaller in size. Cranial Technology also sees my son weekly, each week so far my son's head grew and they shaved down portions of his helmet. I've never heard of an 8 week follow up. I will say that I am very happy with the Doc Band. I hope this helps a little. Good luck. From: hayley2g <hayley2g@...>Subject: types of treatmentPlagiocephaly Date: Tuesday, September 1, 2009, 4:26
