Microscopic colitis is called microscopic for a reason, i.e. you can't see it just by looking around, that is why it is so important to take biopisies. Eosinophilic colitis is the same way-and patchy, as well.Easy to miss with the naked eye. I'm kinda worried about this doc if s/he did not take biopsies.
