Thanks everyone. I'll let you know how this apricot frozen yogurt turns

out. If it's good, I'll post it. I'm not confident that it will turn out

this time around since I neglected to read the directions thoroughly before

beginning. It called for 1 3/4 cup water, but only a cup at the beginning.

The other 3/4 cup water was supposed to be used at other parts of the

recipe. Well, I didn't read through, and I used the entire amount in the

beginning. If it turns out, great. If it doesn't, I'll try it again

following the directions as I should.
