Guest guest
Hi all, I have decided to apply for SSD. I have checked into some attorneys where I live and they do not help you until you have been denied once. I would like to start out with an attorney so I hopefully am not denied. How do I get assistance with that? I have heard others of you mention some attorneys who have helped others of you. Please advise me where to go from here in the search for some help. Thanks. T. Guest guest
Hi : I would like to do the same thing. How long do you have to un-employed to begin the process? Or can you start it while you're still employed (well, at least on the books -- I haven't been there in almost 2 weeks now). Sorry I'm not directly responding to your email with suggestions -- but I too would like to know where to begin and would also like to start the process WITH an attorney. This has taken on a " daily " recurrence and if it is to remain this way -- I'm not capable of working this way unless they'll let me telecommute a couple of days a week or something. Let me know if you find out anything ok? thanks > Hi all, > > I have decided to apply for SSD.
