Guest guest
Thanks for the update, Sharon. It sounds as if your doctors are at least trying to help you, and maybe the additional cipro along with the bexta will do the trick! We will sure hope for the best for you anyway. You take care of yourself. Of course the RP would have to get in on the act too. Just when you need it the least! (when do we ever need that cRaP?) Get well!!!!!! Guest guest
Hi Sharon, I can't take antibiotics either without throwing them up. So when I have to take them they order them by IV and home health comes to the house and sets it up. Its much easier on my stomach and I get the full benefit of the treatment and my insurance pays for it. I just thought I would mention this in case you have trouble taking the new med. I'm praying this clears up fast for you. Sorry you are having to deal with this and RP. Please take care and keep us posted. Love, Lu They want me to take another week of cipro and some new anti inflammatory med called bexta or something like that. I can't take any kind of anti inflammatory because of my stomach but I am desperate enough to try this. I know I am in a bad flare not only from the infection but also

Do you not take something (e.g. prevacid/zantac etc) to protect your stomach? I think it is more important at the moment to take something anti inflammatory if you are cutting down on the pred. Do hope you feel better soon. Love Liz __________________________________________________
