But it sounds as if you have things well-in-hand.That's a good strong first

step, however. At least they didn't deny altogether. Good luck.

Has anyone else had problems with Aetna???? I am awaiting a decision

from Aetna since ast week...... Keep us all posted Melody and I hope

the appeal works..... Phil in Roanoke.
