Guest guest
First of all, thank you to everyone who gave me advice! It helped me to cope that first night . What we ended up doing was keeping the bands off for the night. We had to bring my daughter Paige back to CT to have the shave off a little from the inside point in the front, and to make an indent-like circle at the back part of her helmet. They did exactly what Jie told me they would do with the lipstick. Which was nice, because it wasn't invasive or bothersome to the baby. For my sons rash they told me about the cortisone. We tried that, and as far as I can see it's helping, yay! They both slept through the night with their helmets on and so far are doing very well. They still are getting light marks, but nothing like the first day, thank goodness.
