Hi ,

- Can homemade juice, I mean from a juicer, be introduced straight after intro

diet?

Yes, homemade juice that seperates out the pulp and fiber from the juice is okay

to start after the intro. You should continue to dilute the juice so that it is

at least half water for at least one full month after starting the diet..

- Do I need to use cooked fruits and vegetables to make juice at the early

stages?

No, the fruits and veggies donèt need to be cooked * as long as your juicer

seperates out the pulp and fiber from the juice.

- We are still at stage 3, can I use fruit from stage 4, such as mango,

watermelon to make juice?

Yes, as long as you remove pulp and fiber and dilute the juice. When

introducing the juices especially juices from greens dilute and start small and

gradually increase because they can cause diarrhea if not ready for them. Also,

try each new juice separately so you can determine if they are tolerated.

If you are at stage 3 are you planning to go back to the intro diet (first

question above)É

It seems I can't find much information about juice.
