all mine were email. i printed out my responses. Just get a name, surgery

date. results and opinion. you'll hear alot of great stuff. im having

surgery oct 16th !!

Trude, I wish you could wait for me and be my littermate . . . but no

way ! You needn't snail mail, but you should personally email and ask

specific questions, maybe get a little private info, like 'mom of twins' or

'married to minister', something that shows you 'talked' and talk about her

plateaus or eating tolerances or what you learned from that person. Phone

conversations are good too. At least, that's what I've been told and what I

did. Not that that really means much cause I haven't submitted my packet yet

(hehe) but I feel sure this is good and sage advice, dear heart! Can not

wait to see and hear from you post-op. What a trip!!!!!!! PJ

All of my contacts were by email. I just made a chart with their name, email

address, date of contact and what we discussed. Hope this helps.
