Sounds as if you really do need to see your rheumy. Maybe he will have some answers for you. I had my Remicade infusion this morning and it went great...even at the increased dosage and with them running it in at the fastest rate they have ever used. Only problem was the usual.....me bleeding like a stuck hog, thanks to prednisone. Oh well, they take really good care of me. You take care, , and please do lie in the bed and sing to your dad. The other day someone made a comment that I was more interested in people that I have never meet than the " real " ones I know. And I said they are real and are part of my family also. I have very few friends because it doesnt take long and I consider everybody my family not just friends. What exactly is remicade? I told my Dr. that everbody is on all kinds of medicine and there is other stuff than cytoxan. I want some plain old arthritis med. I pray that it least it will do you some good. I always have a hard time when it comes to drawing out blood. My viens either collapse or roll and they stick me way tooo many times. I told them I would cut my finger for them and they could put a bucket under it if that would help. But nnoooooo they want to stick and probe.
