Guest guest
Lora, I don't see why butter and oil can't be on the intro diet. I think that would be fine but someone else can correct me if I am wrong. Charlene Hi all, ok I started the intro today, but as I definitely don't want to feed the " bad bugs " I wanted to ask a couple more things to see if I'm doing it right: When I made scrambled eggs I used olive oil on the pan. Is this allowed for intro? I also have butter and coconut oil if one of those is a better choice. Also, when I broil fish tonight, should I eat it completely plain or is butter allowed on the fish? Thanks everyone, Lora

So, sure use a little oil or butter. The items on the intro diet aren't high fat so I would be judicious and as you say only use a little. It's only for a couple of days. Carol F. Guest guest
I think you want to keep fats to a minimum on intro... but you can still use them. I would just lightly wipe the pan with a little oil on a paper towel.... or a teensy amount of butter... just enough to coat the surface, then wipe out the excess. Fats won't " feed the bad guys " , but you wanna think " easy to digest " . patti Re: More Intro Questions Lora, I don't see why butter and oil can't be on the intro diet.
