There are no legal supermarket jams and jellies that are legal.

Digestive wellness used to carry some jam, but they may be out of

stock.

I make jam at home simply by simmering frozen fruit (strawberries or

blueberries etc.) until reduced somewhat and adding honey as needed.

I find the honey thickens it, when it is refrigerated.

Debbie,

Page 154 edition 10 of BTVC has instructions for making jams. It is very simple.
