Guest guest
Hi Debbie, > Does anyone know of any store bought jelly or jams I can purchase in > the supermarket that are legal? There are no legal supermarket jams and jellies that are legal. There are some recipes at: http://pecanbread.com/recipes.html http://www.scdrecipe.com/recipes.html http://www.scdiet.net/scdfood.htm http://www.scdiet.org/2recipes/indexa.html There is a recipe in BTVC on page 154 (10th ed.) > If not, can you recommend a site to > get them? Digestive wellness used to carry some jam, but they may be out of stock. I make jam at home simply by simmering frozen fruit (strawberries or blueberries etc.) until reduced somewhat and adding honey as needed. I find the honey thickens it, when it is refrigerated.
