Re: lazy member enlargement

Hi , all

Looks like our message board has become the target of several

spammers ... both this message, the ones we've seen recently

about " refinancing your home " , etc. We try and block these as

quickly as we can by unsubscribing the author and deleting the

message from the message board. Unfortunately, there is no easy way

to prevent the spammers from simply creating a new " yahoo " user id

and doing it again. We hope they will tire of this practice

eventually, but in the meantime, there's not much more we can do

other than deleting the messages and removing the author as soon as

we see them.

I've contacted YAHOO! directly about this, but have not gotten any

response back as of yet.

It is Spam .....Everyday that I see them, I go in and change there user

settings, but they seem to just get a new name and Spam again. I will continue

to change the user settings. Maybe Tull or Karyn and do something more

permanent.
