Sorry to hear that you too suffer with back pain. When my back goes

out, it happens in the blink of an eye and yes the pain is horrible

and I am literally frozen and it takes days to recover. When it

first happens I can barely move and I can't put any pressure on my

legs, therefore I can't walk. My husband has to literally carry all

my " dead " body weight so my spine does not press together. Thank

goodness I am on the mends and I am able to use the walker by myself

today (yeah!) I use the usual methods of relief too, (ice packs and

tens unit and not moving much for a couple of days). It is a slow

healing process and I can't stand to be sitting for long. So this

is a real trial for me. It forces me to sit, sit, sit, which also

aggravates my pancreas too. (just like a long car ride does)

I am located near lewisburg, TN. I think I am about 1-1 1/2 hours

from the TN/AL border. Is that right?? Let me know if you are ever

in the area.

I hope you are having a pain-free day.

Take care,

Kris in TN
