Guest guest
Sorry to hear that you too suffer with back pain. When my back goes out, it happens in the blink of an eye and yes the pain is horrible and I am literally frozen and it takes days to recover. When it first happens I can barely move and I can't put any pressure on my legs, therefore I can't walk. My husband has to literally carry all my " dead " body weight so my spine does not press together. Thank goodness I am on the mends and I am able to use the walker by myself today (yeah!) I use the usual methods of relief too, (ice packs and tens unit and not moving much for a couple of days). It is a slow healing process and I can't stand to be sitting for long. So this is a real trial for me. It forces me to sit, sit, sit, which also aggravates my pancreas too. (just like a long car ride does) I am located near lewisburg, TN. I think I am about 1-1 1/2 hours from the TN/AL border. Is that right?? Let me know if you are ever in the area. I hope you are having a pain-free day. Take care, Kris in TN
