Guest guest
I hope you have a good holiday, Fliss. I am on the mends and I can walk on my own (with the walker). Thank goodness because my husband had to go back to work today. Thank you also for the info about the TP . I can see now why the doctors just don't take out the pancreas in the beginning. It all just seems like a long painful process. You mentioned that you had some bone loss too ? or that your t- score showed osteopenia? Mine already shows osteoporosis with t- scores of -2.5 and -2.9 in both the lower spine and hip(a result from the celiac disease). I guess that gives me a high risk for fractures for the next couple of years. Hopefully the Actonel will help build back some bone loss and then maybe I can go for a short bike ride, or something. Of course not too much because then my pancreas gets upset and hurts worse with any kind of exercise. Anyway, just wanted to wish you a happy vacation. Take care Kris in TN
